Placing an order

It couldn't be easier: just click on the 'Buy Now' button for your selected product and it will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will open in a new browser window. If you can't see it, click the 'VIEW CART' button at the top of the page. Here you will see all the products you have selected. To order more than one, just enter the number you wish to order under the 'quantity' column and press the 'Update cart' button. To remove a product, tick the box under 'Remove' and press 'Update cart. Your new quantities should now be on display.

When you're done, click 'Proceed to checkout' at the bottom ofyour shopping cart window. If you do not have a PayPal account, you'll be asked to supply your personal details. If you already have an account, you should just log in. The shopping cart runs on PayPal's secure servers to which Hunalp has no access. You can identify a secure server by a little padlock symbol on the bottom of your browser and the web address starts with the letters 'https'.

Delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 36 hours of receipt. If you haven’t received you order within 7 days please contact us by telephone or email. We will trace your order and try and ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible.

Returns

You may return goods within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Contact us to let us know that you'd like to return an item.Return the unwanted items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery via your local Post Office, once we receive the returned goods we shall refund your payment to your account. In order to claim a refund, returned goods must be in their original packaging unopened and unused

Problems with your order

If your order is incorrect let us know as soon as possible and within 7 working days of receipt. You will be offered a refund or a replacement. We shall send you prepaid package for the return of the item by Recorded mail via your local Post Office. Once we receive the returned item we shall refund your account.

Availability

All products are sold subject to availability. If an item you order is out of stock we shall try to contact you by telephone or email. Where possible we will offer you the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock, a refund or an alternative.
